Contact support
Email owner@thesavsolution.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, game version and a description of the problem. A screenshot is optional.
Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot: your game progress is stored locally.
Your first shift
Welcome Mabel into Room 101, help with her favor during the stay, then choose Clean and Check Out when the stay ends. The large next-action button guides play.
Check-ins and room matches
The first 3 check-ins are untimed. Later guests usually wait 60–90 seconds; the optional Aurora Night Route has 45 seconds of patience. Opening a guest’s check-in panel grants 30 extra seconds once.
Meet the listed comfort, space, light and floor requirements. Unsuitable rooms receive polite refusals. No coins are deducted for guests who depart or refuse a room.
Night crew and training
Hire Boo with earned coins for perfect-match welcomes, and Hazel for cleaning. Optional permanent Pip covers both roles. All share 6 crew training levels.
Level 1 works only while you are playing, with a 2-room occupancy cap. Earned training with coins and stays increases speed and capacity, reaching 18 occupied rooms and up to 12 hours of offline work at level 6.
Optional permanent Master Training grants level 6 to existing and future staff. It does not hire an employee or open rooms.
Staff throughput does not stack. Manual check-ins are still possible beyond staff capacity, and you can pause automatic welcomes. Offline work is calculated when you return; only perfect-match guests are automatically accepted.
Local saves and resetting
Progress saves locally. There is no game account, cloud or cross-device sync, or developer server recovery. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot.
Reset deliberately erases earned progress after confirmation, while preserving sound and haptic preferences and Apple permanent purchase ownership. Restoring purchases does not restore lost game progress.
Journey routes and Concierge Trials
Open Journey → Routes after unlocking 6 motel rooms. Routes save between visits and do not expire. Manual welcomes and group bookings count toward matching goals; staff bookings do not.
Concierge Trials unlock after 3 stays. Timers pause outside the trial panel and while the app is in the background. Retries are free.
Night Boutique and cosmetic looks
Renovate → Night Boutique contains stamp-earned looks and optional Celestial and Storybook packs, with 3 looks in each pack. Cosmetic looks never improve room matches or earnings.
Purchases, restoration and pending delivery
Motel → Night crew → Shop offers permanent Pip and Master Training. Restore Purchases is available in both shops and Settings. Use the original Apple Account.
There are no subscriptions, ads or paid retries. Purchases may need a network connection and family approval. An unavailable shop never prevents gameplay.
Do not repurchase to fix delivery. Restore purchases or refresh the shop, then contact support if needed. Restoration restores purchase ownership, not lost gameplay progress.
Refunds
Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Refunded cosmetics revert to the free original look.
- Refunded Master Training falls back to the earned training level.
- Refunded Pip leaves your coin-hired employees intact.
Sound, accessibility and offline help
Settings includes sound and haptics controls, offline help, privacy information and purchase restoration. Ambience respects silent mode. Reduced motion follows your iPhone accessibility settings.
