Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. Never delete the app to troubleshoot: saves and supply reserves are local only.

Bunker rooms generate supplies as they are unlocked. Bonus collection is available every 45 seconds, subject to capacity limits. Offline generation is capped at four hours.

Ruckus starts with the player. Discover humans through repeat route encounters and milestones. Only recruits speak.

Go to Survivors → Crew → Bunker duty. Crew gives +40% in a preferred room or +18% elsewhere, plus training. Personal perks stay active.

Give travelers aid for salvage, XP and Trust. Choices may cost Morale or Trust.

Scavenge patrols progress through active choices. Read the costs and risk, resolve the route, then return. Operations and cases track objectives.

Progress is saved on this device only. There is no cloud sync or server recovery; device backups depend on Apple settings. Never delete the app as a troubleshooting step.

A reset keeps purchase receipt history, limits and unclaimed supply reserves. App deletion loses local progress and the reserve.

Open the header emblem or Settings → Supply reserve & cosmetic packs. Restore cosmetic purchases restores permanent cosmetics, not gameplay or finished consumables.

Supplies are held in reserve. Overflow stays in reserve until storage has room.

There is one combined supply purchase or approval request per rolling 24 hours on this device. Claim the previous reserve first. This is device-local, not account-wide enforcement.

Purchases require an internet connection and an Apple Account. Use Refresh purchases & pending delivery to retry delivery. Check your Apple Account or contact support if delivery is still pending. Never repurchase to fix delivery.

Finished consumables are not restorable. Cosmetic restoration does not restore gameplay. A reset keeps unclaimed reserves; deleting the app loses them.

Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apochaos is not yet launched. A free download with optional purchases is planned. There are no ads or subscriptions.

Settings has independent music, ambience and effects controls. Silent mode is respected, and audio pauses when the app is in the background.
