Privacy Policy

Apochaos is an offline game. There is no game account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Gameplay is not sent to our servers.

The app stores resources, upgrades, crew, expeditions, cases, goals and events locally. Sound, haptic, emblem and nameplate preferences are also stored on your device.

There is no cloud sync or server recovery. Device backups depend on your Apple settings; we cannot recover your local game data.

Apple StoreKit processes optional cosmetic and consumable purchases. Purchases and restoration require an internet connection and an Apple Account. We do not receive your payment card details. Verified transactions unlock cosmetics.

To prevent duplicate supply delivery, a device-local supply ledger stores transaction IDs, product IDs, dates, remaining quantities, refund state and limit timestamps. This ledger is not sent to our servers.

Apple handles information under its own privacy policy.

A game reset preserves purchase receipt history, purchase limits and unclaimed supplies. Deleting the app loses local progress and the supply reserve.

Finished consumables are not restorable. Restoring permanent cosmetic purchases does not restore gameplay. There is no cloud sync or server recovery; Apple device backups depend on your settings.

If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any device details or screenshots you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond and resolve issues, and retain it as needed for support and related records.

Request deletion of support information by emailing owner@thesavsolution.com. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.

If our practices change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures.
