This policy covers the native Midnight Motel iPhone game, published by The SAV Solution LLC. Website browsing is governed by our separate website privacy policy.

No game account or tracking

The native app has no account creation, advertisements, analytics SDK, third-party tracking or remote game server. The game does not transmit gameplay data to the developer and does not automatically upload diagnostics.

No personal information is shared by the game with advertisers.

Data stored on your iPhone

Coins, rooms, guests, story and career progress, puzzle state, locally recorded active playtime, cosmetic choices, crew training and preferences are stored on your device.

Local gameplay data remains until you reset the game or delete the app. Reset erases earned progress while preserving preferences and Apple purchase history. There is no cloud or cross-device game sync, or developer server recovery. Operating-system backups depend on your Apple settings.

Device permissions

The game does not request permission to access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data.

Optional one-time Apple purchases

The app offers optional one-time Apple StoreKit purchases: the Celestial and Storybook cosmetic packs, Pip and Master Training.

Apple handles payment and provides verified purchase status locally so the app can unlock, restore or revoke purchases. The app does not send this status to a developer server. The developer never receives payment card details.

Apple services and device diagnostics are governed by Apple’s settings and practices. Read Apple’s privacy policy for more information.

Optional email support

If you email support, the developer receives your sender email address, message and any screenshots or device details you voluntarily provide. These are used to respond and resolve issues, and retained as needed for support and related records.

You can request deletion of support information by emailing owner@thesavsolution.com. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. The game does not automatically upload diagnostics.

Children and personal information

Midnight Motel is a light supernatural management game. It is not designed to collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Future material changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy and the store disclosures before the updated app is released.
