Kitchen Cryptid Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Kitchen Cryptid.

Kitchen Cryptid provides:

• Personal recipe organization
• Recipe importing and scanning
• Ingredient and pantry-based suggestions
• Grocery-list support
• Kitchen-equipment memory
• Cooking assistance
• Optional online Smart Actions
• Subscription features

TheSAVsolution grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Kitchen Cryptid according to these Terms, Apple’s applicable rules, and the App Store license agreement.

• You retain ownership of recipes, notes, photos, and files you add.
• You give TheSAVsolution and necessary processors a limited permission to process submitted content solely to provide requested functions.
• Kitchen Cryptid does not gain ownership of your personal cookbook.
• You are responsible for backups of important content.
• Export functionality is available for that purpose.

You may import content only when you own it, have permission to use it, or are otherwise legally permitted to store it for your intended use.

• Recipe facts and ingredient lists may not always be protected in the same manner as expressive text, photographs, illustrations, or published instructions.
• You must not use Kitchen Cryptid to unlawfully reproduce, distribute, or commercialize copyrighted books, photographs, or other protected material.
• TheSAVsolution may respond to valid intellectual-property complaints.

Kitchen Cryptid does not guarantee that a recipe, ingredient, substitution, freshness estimate, dietary label, or cooking instruction is safe or suitable for you.

You are responsible for:

• Checking allergens
• Reviewing product labels
• Confirming dietary compatibility
• Identifying spoilage
• Following safe storage practices
• Avoiding cross-contamination
• Cooking food to appropriate safe temperatures
• Seeking qualified medical or nutritional advice when needed

Never rely on Kitchen Cryptid as the sole source of information for a food allergy, medical diet, pregnancy-related restriction, medication interaction, or health condition.

Pantry Memory and use-soon suggestions are estimates based on information available to the app. Kitchen Cryptid cannot see, smell, inspect, or verify the condition of food.

• Smart Actions may use automated systems and third-party services.
• Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
• You must review all results before relying on them.
• Online search results and external links may change.
• TheSAVsolution does not control third-party websites.

Kitchen Cryptid may offer:

• Cryptid Plus Monthly
• Cryptid Plus Annual
• Cryptid Vault Monthly
• Cryptid Vault Annual

Prices, billing periods, included features, and regional availability are displayed in Kitchen Cryptid and the App Store before purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple.
• Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• You manage subscriptions through Apple.
• Apple processes refunds according to Apple’s policies.
• TheSAVsolution does not directly receive payment-card information.

Exact included features and media limits are displayed in the app. Capacity limits refer to content managed by Kitchen Cryptid on your device or private iCloud account and do not represent a separate hosted-storage account maintained by TheSAVsolution.

Kitchen Cryptid does not intentionally delete existing recipes merely because a subscription expires or is downgraded.

You may continue to:

• Read existing recipes
• Cook existing recipes
• Edit existing recipes
• Delete existing recipes
• Export existing content

New saves, premium features, imports, or Smart Actions may be restricted while your account is above its active tier’s limits.

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass membership or Smart Action limits
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits
• Use the app for unlawful activity
• Upload malware
• Submit content that violates others’ rights
• Misrepresent subscription status
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated tools to extract or duplicate protected catalogs
• Use Smart Actions in a way that causes unreasonable cost or disruption

• Apple
• iCloud and CloudKit
• App Store and StoreKit
• Cloudflare
• OpenAI
• External recipe websites and search providers

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Kitchen Cryptid may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features. Material subscription changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and App Store requirements.

The app or online features may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Internet failure
• iCloud status
• Apple service outages
• Third-party service outages
• Device limitations
• Subscription validation
• Security measures
• Events outside reasonable control

Kitchen Cryptid is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TheSAVsolution does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect recognition, complete recipe separation, accurate freshness estimates, or error-free suggestions.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer-protection laws applicable to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims resulting from unlawful misuse of Kitchen Cryptid, violations of others’ rights, or content you were not authorized to submit.

TheSAVsolution may restrict online access for abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms. Locally stored recipes remain subject to your device and backup choices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

The updated date will change, and material changes may be communicated in the app or website.
